Brian Mingham is a respected leader in the construction loan management industry who has played a pivotal role in transforming the way lenders approach construction projects. He is well known for his unwavering advocacy for the construction industry and game-changing solutions to complex construction problems. A founding board member of the National Private Lenders Association and a national construction advisor, Brian’s insights and guidance have helped shape industry best practices and elevated the standards of construction loan management nationwide. He served as the president of National Real Estate Solutions (NRES), a construction and property services company. And since its inception in 2012, he has guided CFSI to deliver high-caliber services to an impressive portfolio of over 1,000 clients.

Thomas McAndrew is a highly skilled executive with more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate and residential construction financing industries. He has reviewed and managed construction lending portfolios consisting of over 9,000 properties and loan balances exceeding $300 million. Prior to joining CFSI, he delivered construction risk management services to local, regional, and national banks, credit unions, and private lenders.

Before focusing her career on construction loan management, Sabrina built a strong foundation in public sector operations, client relations, and business development. She studied Psychology at Texas Woman’s University, a background that naturally fuels her people-centered approach to building strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners alike.
