CFSI provides comprehensive and proactive Default Services for your residential construction project or portfolio. The CFSI Default Services program allows clients to determine the best course of action to limit losses, and secure the collateral.
CFSI will inspect the property prior to foreclosure and perform a Cost to Complete (CTC) report. The CFSI CTC will determine the current status of the project and provide a detailed costing analysis of the remaining scopes to complete the project. CFSI also provides an ARV (After Repaired Value) report which will assist your Asset Management team to make more informed business decisions regarding the asset.
CFSI may assist with securing of the property, to protect the asset and your liability of owning a partially constructed project, open to access and the elements. CFSI will then source, vet and propose a General Contractor to complete the remaining scopes of construction. CFSI will then transition into our Funds Control services, managing the draws and inspection process through completion of construction. Lastly, CFSI will source real estate professionals to sell the property to any interested party.
