Status inspections can be ordered at the lenders’ discretion. CFSI Loan Management will complete a site inspection evaluating the completion of the project based on the line item budget. CFSI will provide an opinion on the overall percentage of completion, not a line by line.
Projects greater than 2M in construction costs and projects over 2 units but less than 5 must be submitted by lenders as a bid via our client portal.
